Ron del Barrilito is a must in PR! The guided tour was awesome — we learned about the family’s history, saw some of their oldest casks, and got a real feel for how their rum is made. The mixology class was the best part: three delicious cocktails, plenty of laughs, and a solid buzz by the end. Our guide was funny, knowledgeable, and clearly loved what they do. Everything about the experience felt authentic and memorable. Highly recommend! 🍹

Definitely go. Wonderful tour, our host Octavio was brilliant. He knows so much about the distillery, the prices and the history. We were really well liked after throughout. A delicious cocktail on arrival. They give you umbrellas in case it rains while you’re walking between buildings, and have cold water on hand in the middle of the tour. The whole place is really well done and they’ve thought of everything. Highly recommend it. Thanks for looking after us!

Our group of 5 had a great tour of the distillery and a mixology class afterwards. Everything took about 1-1.5hrs. We made 3 delicious cocktails and an additional free drink from the bar. Well worth the time and money to see how everything thing is made here.

The tour with Timmy was amazing. You learn a lot of interesting information about Ron de Barrilito. The mixology class in the end was a lot of fun as well. You receive a welcome drink as well as the three drinks included in your mixology class.

The guide was very lovely. A local woman who studied English in the US. She was very knowledgeable which made this experience more enjoyable. Her name was ‘Valeria’ and I would like to give her a shout out for giving us this unforgettable experience. We also tasted ‘Coquito’ and she persuaded us to buy it at the end of the tour.

This is must tour. There were 11 of us and we had a blast. The tour is not long, but worth all the information you learn.

What a spectacular tour! I’m so glad we decided to take a tour of this distillery while visiting the area. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and welcoming. We toured the home and the distillery and even got tokens for one of their cocktails afterwards. The drinks were mind blowing!

Such a fun and flavorful experience! We got to tour the distillery, sip their signature small-batch Puerto Rican rums, and learn how it’s all made. The tasting was a highlight, so smooth and unique. Finished it off with a perfectly blended piña colada, Puerto Rico’s national drink. A fun stop on our Puerto Rican adventure.

Fantastic Tour! I had no idea “sipping rum” was even a thing but they take this VERY seriously and make some incredible rum. The tour was very detailed and our guide knew everything and you can tell cared a lot. You get to choose from a wide variety of drinks, enjoy the tour, and have a flight of different levels of rum. Very cool experience if you like history, quality liquor, and cool places. I especially enjoyed the hacienda. Will be grabbing a 4 Star and maybe even a 4 Star bottela soon for when I get married. ¡Salud!
